Background |
Associate Professor of Electronic Technology in the Department of Electronics of the University of Alcalá and collaborating researcher to the Electroactive Oxides for Smart Devices Group for Information Technologies of the Institute of Materials Science of Madrid (CSIC). His teaching focuses on the area of knowledge of Electronic Technologies. He teaches in different degrees and holds a master’s degree in Engineering in the area of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) at the Higher Polytechnic School. He specializes in Electronic and Microelectronic Technology and Electronic Design. His research lines are mainly focused on the integration, characterization, modelling and application to electronics of ferroelectric/piezoelectric materials with perovskite structure with different compositions. Its line has evolved in the combination of these piezoelectric materials with magnetic materials to manufacture multiferroic materials (in a single phase and composites) for energy harvesting systems. Its line has evolved in the combination of these piezoelectric materials with magnetic materials to manufacture multiferroic materials (in a single phase and composites) for energy recovery systems. |
